1. Color Selection & Sample Development

Our design team begins by selecting seasonal colors, choosing yarns, and developing sample prototypes. This is where ideas turn into tangible first pieces.

2. Knitting

With 85 computerized knitting machines, we can produce a wide variety of patterns, textures, and structures. From fine-gauge basics to complex jacquard artwork, our machinery ensures precision and scalability.

3. Linking & Sewing

Next, the garments move to our sewing department, equipped with 65 linking machines operated by experienced technicians. This step ensures that all seams are neat, strong, and comfortable to wear.

4. Hand Finishing & Pressing

Each piece is inspected by hand, loose threads are trimmed, and garments are pressed to achieve a clean, premium appearance.

5. Triple Inspection & Metal Detection

Before shipping, every item passes through:
