02 Sourcing Yarns
We work with local suppliers to acquire high-quality materials and assure that we stay below your specified price points. Lead times may be significantly shortened by choosing in-stock products.

03 Pattern Making
Work with our expert pattern makers to achieve the features and fit of each style. Patterns are essentially the blueprint for all clothing items.

04 Sample Making
Our skilled sample makers hand cut and sew your garments with detail and precision. By creating samples of your clothing, we're able to test the fit and functionality before mass production.

05 Revisions
You'll have a fitting on the samples so we can know what alterations are needed for your next batch of samples. Thanks to the rich industry experience of our service team, we are confident to finish all revisions within only 1-2 rounds, while other traditional manufacturers may need 5+ rounds to achieve that.

06 Productions
With your sample approved, we can begin pre-production. Placing your purchase order will initiate your first production run.

Custom Service
Custom Design
You can provide us with your own sweater design file/pic with adjustment advice. Or you can make some changes based on our existing designs. We will follow your requirement and produce products according to your standards and specifications.
Custom Yarns
Due to our proximity to Dalang, which is the biggest yarn hub in China and the world. Any yarn you can name is available here at Hersweaters. Cashmere, merino wool, mohair, alpaca, silk, linen, etc. After you choose the design you want to make, you can choose any yarn you want. To achieve a certain texture for the fabric, some yarns are essential to the process.
Custom Color and Size
After confirming yarns, we will send you a color card to choose from. If the color youneed is not in the card,just send us images or the Pantone number. We have easy access to professional dye service to create the exact color you wanted. You can provide us with your owndesign size chart. lf you don't have a sweater size chart, our experienced specialist can provide youwith size recommendations for your country according to your design.
Custom Packing
We offer custom LOG0 service, including hang tags,brand labels, and washing labelsZipper, and packing for your private label brands. LOGO style and workmanship can bemade according to your requirements.
